Cricket Wireless
Like many prepaid carriers, Cricket Wireless account information is available if you’re willing to do a little digging. This page outlines how to get your Cricket account number and PIN. You will need your Cricket Wireless account number for porting out to another carrier.
EasyGo
Porting a number away from EasyGo is the same as H2O. You need to call customer service and ask them to release your number for porting. Ask them to tell you your account # and PIN. EasyGo will ask you to provide the 3 most recent outgoing calls to verify that it’s actually your number.
Eco Mobile
To port a number away from Eco Mobile, you will need to contact Eco Mobile customer service phone number and they will assist you in getting your Eco Mobile account number and password.
ETC (Enhanced Telecommunication Corporation)
To port a number away from ETC, the customer must call into customer service to get their account number. The rep we spoke with said that the customer should call and verify their password before they can get their account number. Account numbers are not available on a printed statement.
Evolve Voice / Evolve Broadband
The rep we spoke to on 07/26 would not offer any information whether numbers can be Ported in or out of Evolve Voice service. Please note, the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) requires a company to honor your number port request, even if you have not paid for porting.
Expo Mobile
To get an Expo Mobile account number and PIN number, you must call Expo Mobile customer service.
