To port out you will need to contact Viaero Wireless and request Account Number and PIN. You can also login on website with Username and Password to obtain your Account Number.

TPO Mobile
TPO Mobile account numbers and passcodes are only available by calling TPO Mobile customer service.
VTel
VTel does not offer Wireless services at this time, but plans to in the future. We will update this form with the porting instructions once we receive them.
T-Mobile Postpaid
T-Mobile Postpaid uses a 9-digit account number (NOT phone #) on your bill. Password can be an actual word. Call to verify.
T-Mobile Prepaid
Your 11 digit phone number (1-***-***-****) is the account number for T-Mobile Prepaid. The passcode is your 4-digit PIN number (the same PIN used when calling customer service). If you don’t have a PIN you can set one up by calling 611 from your T-Mobile phone and saying “no” when it asks you if you want to refill and then choosing “Manage my account” followed by “change my account PIN”. If you forgot your PIN number or need other help call the porting department.
TDS Telecom
Customer gets a paper statement that will have billing address as their system has it written, along with the account number (which is the phone number). Account PIN is not listed on the billing statement, but will be a four digit number. If an existing customer needs to call for support, the 10-digit phone number and four digit PIN number is required by the automated system.
TelAlaska Cellular
TelAlaska does not have any known Porting agreements at this time. In order to Port In or Out, it is recommended to call TelAlaska Cellular first to ensure number compatibility.
Telcel America
Telcel America account # is NOT the Phone Number. It is the MEID or IMEI serial number of the phone (this can be found on the back of the phone itself – under the battery, so remove the battery!) Or, if your are using a BYOP SIM Card, it will be the last 15-digits of your SIM Card number. You can also view the account number in the My Account section of the Telcel America website by clicking “Add (or Edit) Nickname”. – Passcode can be found on your online Telcel America My Account page by clicking Update Personal Profile where it’s listed as Current Security PIN. If That field is blank, be sure to set up a passcode PIN before porting. (VERY IMPORTANT).
Tello
You need to call Tello to get your account number. Tello doesn’t use passcodes. Use any 4-digit number if the operator you are porting to requires a passcode.
Teltik
To port your number from Teltik, you must contact their general customer support number or use their chat to have them “prepare” your number to be ported. After they have prepared your account, they will provide you your Account Number and PIN number to submit the port request with your new carrier.
