Ideal Mobile Porting Instructions
The porting out process from Ideal Mobile requires an email to the Porting Department to initiate, but the rep we spoke with would not provide any further details.
Notes: The Ideal Mobile website claims that blacklisted (stolen) iPhones from AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon can be activated through Ideal Mobile. On 07/26/17, we spoke to a rep over the phone regarding this process, and he stated that Ideal Mobile would “fry the phone” for a potential customer. He also would not provide exact porting information to a non-customer. We got the same rep on separate occasions, who did not seem to have English as his first language.
