Tempo Telecom Porting Instructions
To get your information to port, you need to call the Tempo Telecom Porting Department number. They will provide you your account number and PIN. You will also need to verify the address they have one file, to confirm it matches what you are submitting to the carrier you are porting to. They offer online accounts, but your information will not be listed.
Notes: Tempo Telecom has several dealers located in eastern/southeastern United States, but the headquarters are located in Georgia. They support B.Y.O.D. Sprint & T-Mobile devices. Their Lifeline home & wireless service is a government program, only available to eligible customer’s; limited to certain locations. Tempo Telecom also offers a home phone service through a landline connect modem that uses cellular service (different from the Lifeline service). Tempo Telecom has very long wait times to speak with a representative.
