Here is how to get your Twigby account number and transfer PIN, and what to do with them when you move your number to another carrier.
Account Number
Log in to your Twigby account and open the Account Summary page. Your 4- or 5-digit account number is in the Account Overview box. Your name and address as on file are under Account Settings.
Transfer PIN
Click the Chat With Us icon at the bottom right of twigby.com and ask for a port-out PIN. Twigby emails a 6-digit PIN shortly after. It is valid for 7 days and replaces your 4-digit account PIN on the transfer request.

Twigby Porting Instructions
Twigby does not have a Customer Service number listed. To port out, you will need the 4 digit Twigby account number, MDN, address and zip code. (customers can log in at https://www.twigby.com/signin/login) There is no individual PIN so Twigby uses 1234. If you need help getting your account information, you can use the chat box on their website.
Twigby uses an online chat for customer service. They would not provide a dedicated customer service number to call if a customer need help or are trying to get their account information.

Check coverage before you port
Twigby runs on the Verizon network, so the coverage you get at your address is Verizon coverage. Check it on Verizon’s own coverage map before you start the transfer.
Your right to keep the number is federal, not a carrier policy. The rule is the FCC’s: Portability: Keeping Your Phone Number When Changing Service Providers.

Questions about Twigby
Can I keep my phone number when I leave Twigby?
Yes. Federal number portability rules let you take a working number to a new carrier. Twigby cannot refuse the transfer or charge you to release the number.
Should I cancel Twigby before I port my number out?
No. Cancel first and the number is released, which ends your right to move it. Keep the Twigby line active until the new carrier confirms the port completed.
How long does a port out from Twigby take?
A simple wireless transfer usually completes within one business day once the new carrier submits the correct Twigby account number and transfer PIN.
Does Twigby run on its own towers?
No. Twigby is a reseller riding on the Verizon network.
