GreatCall Porting Instructions

To get your Great Call account number, PIN, and password, you must call customer service. GreatCall will send out an SMS to verify your password or PIN. The numbers can be changed if you don’t remember the initial information you set up when activating service.

Notes: Jitterbug phones activated with GreatCall can never be unlocked to use another carrier. We asked the GreatCall customer service representative about unlocking a Jitterbug phone for use on another network. He informed us it is not possible.
