This website publishes carrier account numbers, transfer PINs and port-out instructions, and nothing on it is a wireless service you can buy. The policies below are the ones that govern this website today. The former wireless-service documents have been retired.

Commission never decides what we publish. Carriers do not pay for placement here, do not review pages before they go live, and cannot have a fact removed. A carrier with no affiliate program is covered the same as one that pays well — the port-out instructions for a carrier we earn nothing from are as complete as the instructions for one we do. Where a page recommends a carrier, it says why, and the reason is coverage, price or policy, never the payout.
