Porting in is possible, but it may take up to 10 business days. Porting out requires the customer to call Customer Service and ask for their Account Number and Password. There may be an issue porting in or out of Vonage due to “geographical limitations.” The rep we spoke to would not elaborate further.

Port out requires Account number and PIN. Call Randolph Wireless customer service to verify account ownership and they will provide account info for porting.

Porting requires you to fulfill any Early Termination Fee. For ACLJ Wireless there is no PIN/password, but you will need to submit the correct Account Number, which can be found on a customer’s bill.
