AutoPay Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply if you are enrolled in AutoPay or Auto Top-Up or Auto Pay (“AutoPay”). These terms and conditions govern three individual types of AutoPay: (i) Monthly, and (ii) Low Balance, and (iii) 45/90/Balance Expiration Date. Only one AutoPay type will apply to you based on the AutoPay type you selected when enrolling in AutoPay.

You, the Customer, authorize Best Cellular to on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card or PayPal account you specified for payments due on the Best Cellular account number you specified at the time of the AutoPay enrollment. These recurring charges and all other charges to your account are nonrefundable.

Best Cellular may discontinue processing of recurring charges if Best Cellular is unable to secure funds from the credit/debit card or PayPal account for the payments you have authorized due to, but not limited to, insufficient or uncollected funds in the account or insufficient or inaccurate information you provided. If a payment is returned for any reason, you will not be able to use a credit/debit card or PayPal until your account is in good standing. Best Cellular may, if applicable, undertake collection action, including application of returned fees to the extent permitted by law. All such fees may be collected electronically. TO KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT ACTIVE AND AVOID SERVICE INTERRUPTION, YOU MUST EITHER MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ACCOUNT BALANCE AT ALL TIMES OR PAY ANY APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES, DEPENDING ON YOUR SERVICE PLAN.

Best Cellular will send a text message notification to your Best Cellular handset or an email, if an email is available, 2 days prior to any recurring charges. Best Cellular will also send a notification 2 days prior to any recurring charges that varies in amount from the previous recurring charge or from the amount you selected and authorized at the time of the AutoPay enrollment; however, by enrolling in the Auto Pay, you elect to receive such notice only when a transfer differs from the previous transfer by more than $10.00.

You also understand that this authorization to pay the Best Cellular account number you specified at the time of the AutoPay enrollment by recurring charges or debits is entirely optional and is not required to obtain or maintain my account with Best Cellular.

You are responsible for providing Best Cellular with accurate payment account information if such information changes in the future. You understand that you may call 611 or access your Best Cellular account online at BestCellular.com three days prior to your recurring charge scheduled date to update or discontinue AutoPay. Best Cellular will not initiate further transfers or charges after you have cancelled AutoPay and Best Cellular has had a reasonable period of time to process your request.

If you are enrolled in the Monthly AutoPay option, the following applies to you:

You will be automatically charged for any monthly recurring charges and add-ons, plus any applicable sales and local taxes, every month on your payment due date. Charges may vary each month based on your service subscription selection. You may check your payment due date at any time by accessing your account via our website.

If you are enrolled in the Low Balance AutoPay option, the following applies to you:

You will be automatically charged for the fixed dollar amount selected and authorized by you at the time of the AutoPay enrollment, plus any applicable sales and local taxes, every time your account balance reaches $5.00 or less. You understand that this AutoPay option may result in multiple charges to your debit or credit card or PayPal account per month. You may check your account balance at any time by accessing your account via our website.

When enrolling in AutoPay, you will be asked to agree to the statement posted below:

“By selecting the autopay check box, I authorize automatic payments to be deducted from the appropriate payment method stored on file for my prepaid monthly services. This autopay functionality does NOT bill customers automatically for subscriber overages, HOWEVER, the system WILL allow you to incur subscriber overages on your account. If you exceed $1.00 in overages, the system will suspend your account until the overages are paid. You should consider adding a $10.00 cash card onto each line, simply to keep overage money available in case you need it, however, the system will not automatically bill $10 and load it for you. I understand that, in the case that my account runs out of minutes, messages or data, during a monthly cycle, that I can choose to load cash to pay for overages or choose to pay for and reset the entire monthly plan again. AUTOPAY BILLING can run up to 5 days in advance of your billing due date.
Note: Since funds will be withdrawn up to five days prior to your monthly bill date please be sure you have the appropriate funds in your account available to cover the service cost.”
