Return Policy

Wireless products, as well as certain tangible goods purchased through BestCellular.com, may be returned within 7 days of purchase, subject to the policies, terms, and procedures listed in this Return Policy (“Policy”). Approved returns will receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding charges incurred for wireless service). Terms of this Policy are subject to change. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This Policy applies only to Best Cellular wireless products purchased from BestCellular.com

Return Requirements

Devices must be returned in like-new condition (e.g. no cracks, scratches, liquid damage, or other damage). Handset returns must include original packaging with all original kit components, such as the following (contents may vary):

  • Wireless device (e.g., handset, mobile broadband device, etc.)
  • Activation Card (if applicable)
  • All Accessories
  • Charger
  • SIM Card (if applicable)
  • Battery
  • Documentation (e.g., manuals, activation guides, etc.)

Return Instructions for Orders Placed Online

  • Call Best Cellular Returns at 1-970-549-2378 to obtain a valid RMA (Return Authorization Number) to be referenced on your return.
  • Best Cellular Returns will only handle requests with valid Return Authorization Numbers.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the original packing slip, and; on ALL sides of the box used to return ship the device.
  • Ship the device and all original package contents to the following address:

Notes

  1. We recommend that you use a pre-paid shipping service (i.e. no CODs) that provides a tracking system (for example, FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail through the U.S. Postal Service).
  2. This address is ONLY intended for product returns. No written correspondence should be sent to this address.
  3. Best Cellular will not accept packages that arrive “postage due.”
  4. Best Cellular is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.

Other Conditions

  • Products returned that do not comply with this Policy, including products returned more than 7 days after purchase, will not qualify for a refund and may be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Please refer to the warranty provided with your product for instructions if your product is subject to a manufacturer’s warranty and you wish to make a claim under that warranty.
  • NO EXCHANGES: Best Cellular does not exchange products purchased through BestCellular.com. If an exchange is necessary, products should be returned for a refund first, in accordance with this Policy. Afterwards, a new product may be purchased through BestCellular.com.
  • Please allow up to eight weeks to receive your credit card refund. Your refund will be applied to the credit card account that your purchase was initially charged.
