You need to call Tello to get your account number. Tello doesn’t use pass-codes. Use any 4-digit number if the operator you are porting to requires a pass-code. We recommend using the last 4-digits of the customer phone number.

Tello runs on the T-Mobile network, so the coverage you get at your address is T-Mobile coverage. Check it on T-Mobile’s own coverage map before you start the transfer.
