Page Plus Cellular Porting Instructions

Page Plus Cellular account number is no longer the mobile phone number as it used to be. It is now the MEID for the device with which you set up service on Page Plus. The account passcode (or PIN) will match the number you chose at the time you set up the Page Plus account.

Account numbers and port-out info for other carriers

AT&T Postpaid Account Number, PIN & Port Out

The account number for AT&T postpaid accounts will be on the customers bill (it is NOT the phone number). The password will be your online password. For bundled accounts, the account number will be a 12-digit number under your wireless account summary. Also, (only for bundled bills) you will need to call AT&T customer service for the passcode. The passcode will be a 4-digit PIN number that AT&T will provide to you.

For AT&T landline accounts, your account # is the 10-digit phone number. The PIN is the 4 digits to the immediate right of the phone number in the top right corner of your bill.

AT&T GoPhone Account Number, PIN & Port Out

Call the AT&T porting department to get your account number. The account number is NOT listed in the online account. The passcode is your 4-digit PIN.

ASTCA Account Number, PIN & Port Out

We haven’t been able to reach ASTCA for porting instructions, even when trying to place calls to their customer service number. Calling from an American number, the ILD access codes should allow you to call ASTCA for your account number and PIN/ password but the calls simply disconnect when trying to reach their customer service number. The company website does have instructions that an ASTCA customer can reach customer service by dialing 611 from their active phone number. We will update the ASTCA porting instructions when we have new information.

ASTAC Account Number, PIN & Port Out

ASTAC offers online portal called “Smart Hub”. The ASTAC Smart Hub has to be set up manually in one of their retail stores. Payment history, usage history, and account info including account number can be viewed on the portal (although account number has to be viewed on a PDF, not on the customer’s dashboard). Account number & billing zip code are required to port out of ASTAC.

Alltel Account Number, PIN & Port Out

Alltel was purchased by AT&T. Alltel numbers are now active on AT&T GoPhone plans. The account number to port your number away from Alltel is the 10-digit phone number. The password for Alltel accounts is the 4 digit PIN.
