Blue Wireless is operated by AST Telecom LLC of American Samoa, which has filed with the FCC under the same registration since 2016 — 10 years. The same registration also covers Blue Jay Wireless. The customer-inquiries line on file with the FCC is 1-684-699-2759. It is a separate contact from the support number above, and worth trying if that line goes nowhere.
