To port a phone number away from Clear Talk, you will need the account number and PIN that Clear Talk originally set up when activating your account.
Transfer PIN
Ask for the transfer PIN in the same call. Clear Talk issues the account number and the PIN together.

To port a phone number away from Clear Talk, you will need the account number and PIN that Clear Talk originally set up when activating your account. Clear Talk customer service seems like the best way to get this information although it looks like the company is going through major changes.

Check coverage before you port
We have not confirmed which national network Clear Talk uses, and we do not guess. Ask them before you port, then check that network’s map: Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T.

Questions about Clear Talk
Can I keep my phone number when I leave Clear Talk?
Yes. Federal number portability rules let you take a working number to a new carrier. Clear Talk cannot refuse the transfer or charge you to release the number.
Should I cancel Clear Talk before I port my number out?
No. Cancel first and the number is released, which ends your right to move it. Keep the Clear Talk line active until the new carrier confirms the port completed.
How long does a port out from Clear Talk take?
A simple wireless transfer usually completes within one business day once the new carrier submits the correct Clear Talk account number and transfer PIN.
Does Clear Talk run on its own towers?
Not confirmed. Clear Talk has not published which host network carries its traffic.
