US Mobile does not show the account number in the app or the dashboard. Contact US Mobile and verify your identity; they issue the account number and the transfer PIN together.

The transfer PIN is issued by US Mobile support after an identity check. It is never shown in the app, and there is no default PIN — do not guess one.

What network does US Mobile use?
US Mobile runs on all three national networks. Its own brand names map like this: Warp is Verizon, Light Speed is T-Mobile and Dark Star is AT&T, which it added on 15 July 2024. The coverage you actually get depends on which of the three your line is provisioned on — not on the brand. Check yours in the app before you judge the signal, or look the network up on coverage by carrier.
US Mobile Porting Instructions
Do not guess a PIN. US Mobile does not show the account number or the transfer PIN in the app or the dashboard, and there is no default PIN. Start a chat in the app or the dashboard, or call 1-878-205-0088, and ask for both. US Mobile verifies your identity first, then issues them together.
Time it near the end of your billing cycle. When you transfer a number out, US Mobile forfeits the remaining days in that cycle and issues no prorated credit.
