Broadpoint Porting Instructions
Broadpoint customer service said they, “do not port in MDNs.” If you really need to port your phone number away from Broadpoint, it is an FCC requirement that they honor the port request. FCC.gov says, “Once you request service from a new company, your old company cannot refuse to port your number, even if you owe money for an outstanding balance or termination fee. Port out requires active line. Online access to account information can be found on Broadpoint’s website.
