FTC Wireless Porting Instructions
FTC Wireless customer service rep told our agent that port requests can not be handled over the phone and must be taken care of in a retail FTC Wireless retail store. When we asked how to get the account number and password in order to port a phone number away from FTC Wireless, the customer service rep said that the ONLY WAY to get account number and password was for the actual customer to go to a physical retail location and provide their valid photo ID, or the account number and password will not be provided.
Notes: Rep said, “Anything related to cellular service can not be handled over the phone. Customers must go to an actual retail branch in order to make any changes or access account info.”
