EasyGo Porting Instructions
Porting a number away from EasyGo is the same as H2O. You need to call customer service and ask them to release your number for porting. Ask them to tell you your account # and PIN. EasyGo will ask you to provide the 3 most recent outgoing calls to verify that it’s actually your number.

Check coverage before you port
EasyGo runs on the AT&T network, so the coverage you get at your address is AT&T coverage. Check it on AT&T’s own coverage map before you start the transfer.
Your right to keep the number is federal, not a carrier policy. The rule is the FCC’s: Portability: Keeping Your Phone Number When Changing Service Providers.

Where EasyGo customers usually go next

Questions about EasyGo
Can I keep my phone number when I leave EasyGo?
Yes. Federal number portability rules let you take a working number to a new carrier. EasyGo cannot refuse the transfer or charge you to release the number.
Should I cancel EasyGo before I port my number out?
No. Cancel first and the number is released, which ends your right to move it. Keep the EasyGo line active until the new carrier confirms the port completed.
How long does a port out from EasyGo take?
A simple wireless transfer usually completes within one business day once the new carrier submits the correct EasyGo account number and transfer PIN.
Does EasyGo run on its own towers?
No. EasyGo is a reseller riding on the AT&T network.
Does EasyGo charge a fee to release my number?
No. A carrier cannot bill you for porting a number out. You may still owe a final bill or an unpaid device balance, and that is separate from the transfer itself.
What happens if the EasyGo account number is wrong?
The port request is rejected and the new carrier resubmits it. The number stays on EasyGo in the meantime, so nothing is lost — it only costs time.
