Illinois Valley Cellular requires that a customer have their Account Number, password, address, and zip code to port out. All of this can be accessed by calling or by visiting one of their local stores. Note: None of this can be accessed via online.
Notes: Illinois Valley Cellular uses local towers. When out of local service range, services roam to PCS towers. Illinois Valley Cellular requires that 50% of minutes must originate from local area.
