MobileNation Porting Instructions
MobileNation closed on January 7, 2020. If your number was not ported out before that date it was released, and it cannot be recovered. The steps below are kept for reference. You will also need the name on the account, address, and the last 4-digits of your SSN. MobileNation did not keep PIN numbers on file from the customer service view so the member would need to get their account number and they can find that on their online account.
