To port out, you will need your account number and PIN. You can find your information on your online “Smart Hub” account, or call PTCI customer service to get your information from them.
PTCI offers service on their own towers in the pan handle of Oklahoma. Outside of that area, they roam to AT&T or Sprint towers.

Questions about PTCI
Can I keep my phone number when I leave PTCI?
Yes. Federal number portability rules let you take a working number to a new carrier. PTCI cannot refuse the transfer or charge you to release the number.
Should I cancel PTCI before I port my number out?
No. Cancel first and the number is released, which ends your right to move it. Keep the PTCI line active until the new carrier confirms the port completed.
How long does a port out from PTCI take?
A simple wireless transfer usually completes within one business day once the new carrier submits the correct PTCI account number and transfer PIN.
Does PTCI run on its own towers?
