Verizon Postpaid Porting Instructions
Verizon Postpaid account # (on bill) ends in “-00001”. The Verizon Postpaid passcode is “call-in” passcode when you call customer service. It is usually the last 4-digits of your social security number (unless you specifically changed it to something else).
Notes: Be sure to use the ENTIRE account number when porting a phone away from Verizon Wireless. This includes using the -00001 after the account number.
