A Kentucky PSC filing records BYO Wireless LLC transferring its customer base to Budget PrePay Inc. trading as Budget Mobile effective September 1 2015 and asking the commission to cancel its registration.

BYO Wireless no longer issues transfer PINs. Budget Mobile, which took the customer base, is also no longer selling service, so there is no successor to request one from.
