Sign in to your Lycamobile portal or call Lycamobile for your 11-digit account number. US Mobile says it is texted to you after member service verifies your account. Port center: 866-277-3221, option 1 then option 5.
Transfer PIN
Lycamobile does not publish port-out PIN steps we could read. US Mobile says the PIN is created automatically and sent during service setup. Xfinity says to contact Lyca Mobile at 1-866-277-3221 for it.

What network does Lycamobile use?

Lycamobile Porting Instructions
To port your number away from Lycamobile, you will need to call their customer service. First, ask for your 11-digit account number – this is not your phone number. Then, verify your 4-digit PIN (or “CIP number”) which Lyca Mobile texts to newly activated phones. Last, be sure to confirm your address and personal information for a successful port.
According to their official website Lycamobile does not accept Port-ins from all US carriers. Therefore, you must check with Customer Services to make sure your network is supported. Update: (as of 8/10/17) Lyca Mobile is now charging a $1 Regulatory Recovery fee for each new plan. They are also charging this extra regulatory recovery fee for data add-ons and account replenishment. Lyca Mobile has stated that this will be an “accumulated fee” so if you purchase 3 different items on the same plan, you will still be charged 3 times the fee. This additional $1 Lyca Mobile fee has been added to all existing products immediately. Lyca Mobile says you can contact their customer service department if you have questions.

Check coverage before you port
Lycamobile runs on the T-Mobile network, so the coverage you get at your address is T-Mobile coverage. Check it on T-Mobile’s own coverage map before you start the transfer.

Can I keep my phone number when I leave Lycamobile?
Yes. Federal number portability rules let you take a working number to a new carrier. Lycamobile cannot refuse the transfer or charge you to release the number.
Should I cancel Lycamobile before I port my number out?
No. Cancel first and the number is released, which ends your right to move it. Keep the Lycamobile line active until the new carrier confirms the port completed.
