Lycamobile Porting Instructions
To port your number away from Lycamobile, you will need to call their customer service. First, ask for your 11-digit account number – this is not your phone number. Then, verify your 4-digit PIN (or “CIP number”) which Lyca Mobile texts to newly activated phones. Last, be sure to confirm your address and personal information for a successful port.
Notes: According to their official website Lycamobile does not accept Port-ins from all US carriers. Therefore, you must check with Customer Services to make sure your network is supported. Update: (as of 8/10/17) Lyca Mobile is now charging a $1 Regulatory Recovery fee for each new plan. They are also charging this extra regulatory recovery fee for data add-ons and account replenishment. Lyca Mobile has stated that this will be an “accumulated fee” so if you purchase 3 different items on the same plan, you will still be charged 3 times the fee. This additional $1 Lyca Mobile fee has been added to all existing products immediately. Lyca Mobile says you can contact their customer service department if you have questions.
