Touch Mobile was a child company of TextNow Wireless. Touch Mobile was an IP Cloud based mobile phone carrier. Touch Wireless used WiFi to send and received calls and text. When not connected to WiFi, the network would switch to 2G/3G speeds on the PCS network. After chatting with a TextNow Wireless rep, it sounds like Touch Mobile no longer offers service or their network. There is no active website for Touch Mobile. We tried to obtain more information about when they discontinued service, but couldn’t find any. All numbers listed online are directed to TextNow Wireless. What happened to your Touch Mobile number
Touch Mobile is no longer in business. Any number that was not transferred out before it closed was released and cannot be recovered. If you did port out in time, the number belongs to whichever carrier you moved it to.

Can I still get an account number and transfer PIN from Touch Mobile?
No. There is no Touch Mobile support line to call. If the number still works, it belongs to whichever carrier took the account over, and you request the transfer details from them.
What happened to Touch Mobile phone numbers?
A number that was still active when the account transferred stayed with the new carrier. A number on a cancelled account was released back into the pool and cannot be recovered.
Can I get a Touch Mobile number reassigned to me?
No. Once a number is released it goes back into the general pool and is reassigned at random. There is no way to request a specific retired number.
