You need to call Tello to get your account number. Tello doesn’t use passcodes. Use any 4-digit number if the operator you are porting to requires a passcode.
TelAlaska does not have any known Porting agreements at this time. In order to Port In or Out, it is recommended to call TelAlaska Cellular first to ensure number compatibility.
T-Mobile Postpaid uses a 9-digit account number (NOT phone #) on your bill. Password can be an actual word. Call to verify.
Your 11 digit phone number (1-***-***-****) is the account number for T-Mobile Prepaid. The passcode is your 4-digit PIN number (the same PIN used when calling customer service). If you don’t have a PIN you can set one up by calling 611 from your T-Mobile phone and saying “no” when it asks you if you want to refill and then choosing “Manage my account” followed by “change my account PIN”. If you forgot your PIN number or need other help call the porting department.
To get your account number and PIN, log into your Ting account online. Click Account Settings, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Port Out Information to view your account number and PIN (passcode).
Thumb Cellular only requires your account number and PIN to port out. They do not offer any online accounts, so you will have to contact Thumb Cellular customer service number or visit a local care center in Michigan to get your account number and PIN.
To take your service from TextNow to another company, you will need to navigate to the ‘My Wireless Account’ page on the TextNow website. From that page, click on the area that says, “Number Porting.” For the information you will need to port your number from TextNow, click “Port out your number.” This will then allow you to access your account number and PIN your next carrier will require to complete the porting process. Another way to obtain your account information is by using the chat box TextNow has on their website. They will validate you are the holder of the account and then provide the account information.
Account # is the phone’s MEID. There is no passcode for Total Wireless. Use: 0000 if the operator you are porting to requires a passcode.
Sprint postpaid account # is NOT phone number. It is a 9-digit number which can be found at the top center of your bill and on your online account page. Your passcode is your “call-in” passcode when you call customer service. You can set up or change your PIN on your online account page. You can also call customer service to verify account details.
