Update: On 7/31/2017 – Wireless Services US (WSUS) announced that they will no longer be able to keep their doors open. Numbers are being ported out now. – Wireless Services US is a dealer service, not a direct to consumer MVNO. There are dozens of resellers active with Wireless Services US and the porting information should be the same for all resellers.
To port out, you will need your Account Number and PIN. enTouch Wireless does not offer online accounts, so you will have to call customer service for your information.
To port from West Central Wireless the customer must have the account number, this can be found on the customer’s bill or you can call West Central Wireless customer service.
Verizon Prepaid account Number is 10-digits, a dash ( – ) followed by 00001 (0123456789-00001). and the password is your 4 digit security PIN. You can get your account number by logging into your myVerizon account, choosing Profile & Settings and then “Display My Prepaid Account Number”. Add -00001 to the end to the end of the displayed account number. Another way to get your account number without calling in: 1.) Log in to your Verizon Prepaid account. 2.) Right click anywhere on the page. 3.) Select “View Source”. 4.) Open a browser search box (CTRL + F on a PC, Command + F on a Mac). 5.) Search for “accountNumber” (without the quotes). Note: the number listed next to accountNumber is your account number.
See instructions for TextNow Wireless. Touch Mobile is no longer offering service.
To port out you will need to contact Viaero Wireless and request Account Number and PIN. You can also login on website with Username and Password to obtain your Account Number.
Call TracFone and ask them to release your number for porting. Tracfone account # is NOT the phone number. It is the MEID or IMEI serial number of the phone (this can be found on the back of the phone itself – under the battery, so remove the battery!) Or, if your are using a BYOP SIM Card, it will be the last 15-digits of your SIM Card number. You can also view the account number in the My Account section of the TracFone website by clicking “Add (or Edit) Nickname”. – TracFone doesn’t use passcodes, use 0000 if the operator you are porting to requires a passcode.
TPO Mobile account numbers and passcodes are only available by calling TPO Mobile customer service.
See notes for further information.
VTel does not offer Wireless services at this time, but plans to in the future. We will update this form with the porting instructions once we receive them.
