NNTC Wireless does not offer online accounts. To port out, you can find your account number and address on your paper bill. Your PIN number is the PIN you chose when you setup the account, but cannot be found on your bill. If forgotten, you will have to call customer service to obtain your PIN Number to complete porting out.

To port out, you will need to provide your Name, Address, Last four of your Social Security Number, Account number (the account number will typically start with ‘2111’), and PIN/Password (Your PIN is the number you chose when you setup the account). Pioneer Cellular

Press #2 after calling customer service to reach the cellular department. Pioneer Cellular uses account number, password and social security number to validate port requests. Customers needing their account number must call customer service to get the account number. They can verify if you have the correct PIN/ password when you call in to get account info.
