FTC Wireless customer service rep told our agent that port requests can not be handled over the phone and must be taken care of in a retail FTC Wireless retail store. When we asked how to get the account number and password in order to port a phone number away from FTC Wireless, the customer service rep said that the ONLY WAY to get account number and password was for the actual customer to go to a physical retail location and provide their valid photo ID, or the account number and password will not be provided.
