Twigby does not have a Customer Service number listed. To port out, you will need the 4 digit Twigby account number, MDN, address and zip code. (customers can log in at https://www.twigby.com/signin/login) There is no individual PIN so Twigby uses 1234. If you need help getting your account information, you can use the chat box on their website.
Verizon Postpaid account # (on bill) ends in “-00001”. The Verizon Postpaid passcode is “call-in” passcode when you call customer service. It is usually the last 4-digits of your social security number (unless you specifically changed it to something else).
A four digit PIN and the Account # are needed to port out from U.S. Cellular. The customer’s account number can be found on their bill statement or online under account info, after you sign in. If you do not remember your PIN you can call U.S. Cellular customer service.
Triangle Mobile offer an app where you can find most of your account information. The account number will be listed in the app but the PIN number will not be listed. You will have to call customer service to get your PIN Number.
Call TracFone and ask them to release your number for porting. Tracfone account # is NOT the phone number. It is the MEID or IMEI serial number of the phone (this can be found on the back of the phone itself – under the battery, so remove the battery!) Or, if your are using a BYOP SIM Card, it will be the last 15-digits of your SIM Card number. You can also view the account number in the My Account section of the TracFone website by clicking “Add (or Edit) Nickname”. – TracFone doesn’t use passcodes, use 0000 if the operator you are porting to requires a passcode.
To get the Univision Mobile account number, call customer service. PIN Number is the last 4-digits of the phone number.
