FamilyTalk Wireless

Walmart Family Talk Wireless customer service said, “We will need the first name & last name as well as the customer email and mailing address registered. To port a number away from Family Talk Wireless, you will need the account number and also a contact phone number.” The rep declined to tell me if there was a Family Talk password or PIN number but a Family Talk Wireless customer could probably get this information pretty easy if you call their customer service number.

FairPoint Communications

FairPoint Communications does not require a password by default (unless customer manually sets a password for account security). If there was a password set by customer, you will need to verify that the password matches before submitting port request. Because FairPoint Communications does not require a password, you can use, “0000” if the receiving carrier needs a PIN or password to port the number in.
