Breezeline Mobile Account Number & PIN: Accurate 2026

Here is how to get your Breezeline Mobile account number and transfer PIN, and what to do with them when you move your number to another carrier.

Account Number

Breezeline does not show the mobile account number in your online account. Its own support article says: to access your porting details, call the Mobile Customer Care team at 855-811-5188. Ask for the account number used for a number transfer; the phone number on the line and your Breezeline Internet account number are not it.

Transfer PIN

The same call issues your transfer PIN. Breezeline’s port-out article says customer care initiates the port-out process, so request the account number and PIN together and write both down before the new carrier submits the port. Keep the Breezeline Mobile line active until the number moves.

Breezeline Mobile is sold only to Breezeline Internet customers, and the mobile account is separate from the internet account. Cancelling internet does not cancel mobile, and the internet account number does not port a phone number. Treat the two as different companies when you leave.

Which network Breezeline Mobile uses

Breezeline describes its mobile coverage as “the nation’s most reliable mobile network” and “a reliable national mobile network” without naming the carrier behind it. We do not guess, so this record is classified as host network not recorded until Breezeline publishes it. If you are leaving, dial *#06# for the IMEI and run it through the destination carrier’s compatibility check rather than assuming.

Who runs Breezeline Mobile

Breezeline is the cable and internet brand of Cogeco Communications in the United States, serving parts of 13 states from Maine to Florida and Ohio. Breezeline Mobile is its bundled wireless service, launched for existing internet customers with per-line pricing that stays the same as lines are added. Breezeline publishes its mobile broadband labels on the mobile site, each listing the Mobile Customer Care line as the support contact.

How to port your number away from Breezeline Mobile

  1. Keep the line active. Do not cancel Breezeline Mobile before the port completes.
  2. Call 855-811-5188 and ask Mobile Customer Care for your account number and transfer PIN. Say that you are porting the number to another carrier.
  3. Give the new carrier the account number, the transfer PIN, the zip code on the Breezeline Mobile account, and the account holder’s name exactly as Breezeline has it.
  4. Wait for the new SIM to activate. The Breezeline Mobile line ends once the number moves; confirm there is no further mobile charge on your Breezeline bill.

Why a Breezeline Mobile port gets rejected

The usual cause is submitting the Breezeline Internet account number, which is the one printed on the bill, instead of the mobile account number that only customer care provides. The second is a transfer PIN that was never issued. Call 855-811-5188, confirm both, and resubmit with the name and zip code exactly as they appear on the mobile account.
