Cellcom said they offer online accounts where you can find your info. You will need account number and PIN to port out. These will be listed on your Cellcom account. You have the option to view account info (including account number and PIN) on a PDF invoice. Account number is on the top of the PDF.

Check coverage before you port
Cellcom owns and operates its own towers inside its home service area, so at home you are on Cellcom’s own network, not a national one. Outside that area your phone roams onto Verizon, which is the coverage that applies when you travel. Check it on Verizon’s own coverage map before you start the transfer.

Only 42 of the 360 carriers and MVNOs currently filing in this category hold a registration that old. The customer-inquiries line on file with the FCC is 1-920-617-7175.
