Transfer PIN
CellNUVO does not publish a port-out PIN process or a care number. Get your PIN from the carrier that actually holds your line. CellNUVO only emails an app password, which is not a port-out PIN.

What network does CellNUVO use?
CellNUVO runs on the Verizon network.

On 7/20/17, a CellNUVO rep said that, “AT&T services should be coming soon.” – To port a number away from CellNUVO, you will need to contact their customer service department but we are still inable to reach CellNUVO customer service.
CellNuvo is what’s known as a “freemium” phone service. This means you get basic limited features and have the option to earn additional talk, text or data by completing surveys, listening to advertisements, etc.
Check coverage before you port
CellNUVO runs on the Verizon network, so the coverage you get at your address is Verizon coverage. Check it on Verizon’s own coverage map before you start the transfer.

Can I keep my phone number when I leave CellNUVO?
Yes. Federal number portability rules let you take a working number to a new carrier. CellNUVO cannot refuse the transfer or charge you to release the number.
Should I cancel CellNUVO before I port my number out?
No. Cancel first and the number is released, which ends your right to move it. Keep the CellNUVO line active until the new carrier confirms the port completed.
