KidsConnect, from i Luv Wireless, LLC, does not publish where to find an account number for porting. Log in through My Account on mykidsconnect.com, or call KidsConnect at (848) 459-6860 and ask for the account number on your GPS tracker phone line.
Transfer PIN
KidsConnect does not publish a transfer PIN process. Call KidsConnect at (848) 459-6860 or use the Contact Us form on mykidsconnect.com and ask for a transfer PIN or account passcode. PIN length and expiry are not published.

Can I keep my phone number when I leave KidsConnect?
Yes. Federal number portability rules let you take a working number to a new carrier. KidsConnect cannot refuse the transfer or charge you to release the number.
Should I cancel KidsConnect before I port my number out?
No. Cancel first and the number is released, which ends your right to move it. Keep the KidsConnect line active until the new carrier confirms the port completed.
How long does a port out from KidsConnect take?
A simple wireless transfer usually completes within one business day once the new carrier submits the correct KidsConnect account number and transfer PIN.
Does KidsConnect run on its own towers?
No. KidsConnect is a reseller riding on the T-Mobile network.
