Account Number
SafeLink shares the TracFone port center. Your account number depends on your line: on the Verizon network it is the IMEI or full 20-digit SIM number; on AT&T or T-Mobile it is the last 15 digits of the SIM or the IMEI.
Transfer PIN
Sign in to your online account and open Update Personal Profile. Your PIN shows as Current Security PIN; set one before porting if it is blank. For port problems call the port center at 1-800-327-2077 or text HELP to 611611.

Can I keep my phone number when I leave SafeLink Wireless?
Yes. Federal number portability rules let you take a working number to a new carrier. SafeLink Wireless cannot refuse the transfer or charge you to release the number.
