Account Number
Your Vonage account number is in the upper right corner of your Vonage bill or in your online account, according to a third-party porting list. Another porting guide says to check your Vonage online account or billing statements. Port center: 732-944-0000.
Transfer PIN
Vonage uses your account verification PIN as the transfer PIN, according to a third-party porting list. If you do not have one, call 732-944-0000, option 2. Length and expiry are not published. Keep service active until the port completes.

Vonage Porting Instructions
Porting in is possible, but it may take up to 10 business days. Porting out requires the customer to call Customer Service and ask for their account number and transfer PIN. There may be an issue porting in or out of Vonage due to “geographical limitations.” Vonage would not say which areas are affected. Questions about Vonage
Can I keep my phone number when I leave Vonage?
Yes. Federal number portability rules let you take a working number to a new carrier. Vonage cannot refuse the transfer or charge you to release the number.
Should I cancel Vonage before I port my number out?
No. Cancel first and the number is released, which ends your right to move it. Keep the Vonage line active until the new carrier confirms the port completed.
How long does a port out from Vonage take?
Wireline and VoIP transfers run longer than wireless. Plan on a few business days once Vonage has validated the account number and PIN.
Does Vonage run on its own towers?
Not confirmed. Vonage has not published which host network carries its traffic.
