AiR by Lexvor Account Number & PIN: Accurate 2026

AiR by Lexvor, the AI-bundled phone service from Lexvor Inc., issues the account number and transfer PIN only through its account support. It does not publish which network it runs on, and a number you merely linked to AiR does not port from AiR.

Here is how to get your AiR by Lexvor account number and transfer PIN, and what to do with them when you move your number to another carrier.

Account Number

Lexvor does not publish where your AiR account number appears, and its site lists no support phone or email. Use the My Account area and the contact paths in the site footer to ask for the account number used for a number transfer. The phone number on the line is not the account number.

Transfer PIN

Ask through the same channel for a transfer PIN. Lexvor publishes no self-service path for it. Keep the line active until the new carrier confirms the number has moved; AiR’s free plan can also “link” an outside number rather than host it, and a linked number is not an AiR number and does not port from AiR.

Check which kind of number you have before you port. AiR sells “a new number on our network” on its paid plan and lets free-plan users link a number they already hold elsewhere. Only a number issued on AiR’s network ports out of AiR; a linked number still belongs to the carrier that issued it.

Which network AiR by Lexvor uses

Lexvor describes AiR as “unlimited 5G phone service on a nationwide 5G network” without naming the carrier. We do not guess, so this record is classified as host network not recorded until Lexvor publishes it. If you are leaving, dial *#06# for the IMEI and run it through the destination carrier’s compatibility check.

Who runs AiR by Lexvor

AiR is a product of Lexvor Inc., a Cheyenne, Wyoming company that markets AiR as an AI ecosystem bundled with phone service: unlimited 5G plus AI credits on the paid plan, a free tier that links a number you already have, and a paid tier that issues a new number on its network. Wikipedia lists the brand as Lexvor; the service is sold as AiR at useair.net, and lexvor.com redirects there.

How to port your number away from AiR by Lexvor

  1. Confirm the number is an AiR-issued number, not one you linked from another carrier. A linked number ports from its own carrier, not from AiR.
  2. Keep the line active. Do not cancel the plan before the port completes.
  3. Contact Lexvor support through the account area and ask for your account number and transfer PIN. Say that you are porting the number to another carrier.
  4. Give the new carrier the account number, the transfer PIN, the zip code on the account, and the account holder’s name exactly as Lexvor has it.
  5. Wait for the new SIM to activate. The AiR line ends once the number moves.

Why an AiR by Lexvor port gets rejected

The AiR-specific cause is submitting a linked number as if AiR issued it; the port has to go to the carrier that actually holds the number. Beyond that, a transfer PIN that was never issued or a mismatched name. Confirm with support and resubmit.
