Here is how to get your Allvoi Wireless account number and transfer PIN, and what to do with them when you move your number to another carrier.
Account Number
Allvoi does not publish where your account number appears. Contact Allvoi customer service through the support links on allvoi.com and ask for the account number used for a number transfer. The phone number on the line is not the account number, and an Allvoi home-phone or internet account number does not apply to a wireless line.
Transfer PIN
Ask the same agent for a transfer PIN. Allvoi publishes no self-service path for it. Request the account number and PIN together, write both down, and keep the Allvoi line active until the new carrier confirms the number has moved.
Allvoi Wireless runs on AT&T
Allvoi’s site describes its coverage as “US most reliable network” and, more specifically, as “backed by multiple wireless networks including America’s best AT&T network.” AT&T is the only host Allvoi names, and Allvoi, not the customer, decides which network a line uses. A phone that worked on Allvoi is most likely AT&T-compatible, but because Allvoi says it uses more than one network, check the IMEI against the destination carrier before you port rather than assuming.
Who runs Allvoi Wireless
Allvoi Communications Inc. has sold telecom service since 2005 and markets Allvoi Wireless as no-contract unlimited plans with international calling. It sells online and through dealers, publishes a coverage checker and a phone store, and runs customer service through its own representatives rather than an outsourced line.

How to port your number away from Allvoi Wireless
- Keep the line active. Do not cancel Allvoi before the port completes.
- Contact Allvoi customer service and ask for your account number and transfer PIN. Say that you are porting the number to another carrier.
- Give the new carrier the account number, the transfer PIN, the zip code on the Allvoi account, and the account holder’s name exactly as Allvoi has it.
- Wait for the new SIM to activate. The Allvoi line ends once the number moves.
Why an Allvoi Wireless port gets rejected
The usual causes are a transfer PIN that was never issued, the phone number submitted as the account number, or a name that differs from the Allvoi account. Confirm both details with customer service and resubmit.
