ZIP SIM does not offer live customer support. ZIP SIM does not offer the ability to port existing phone numbers into their service. We were unable to find information on how to port phone numbers out of ZIP SIM. This appears to be an MVNO that only offers temporary phone numbers to international travelers.
To port from West Central Wireless the customer must have the account number, this can be found on the customer’s bill or you can call West Central Wireless customer service.
Call customer service or email: help@usmobile.com and ask for your account number. There is no passcode. Use: 1234 if the service you are porting to requires one. (Most do).
Verizon Postpaid account # (on bill) ends in “-00001”. The Verizon Postpaid passcode is “call-in” passcode when you call customer service. It is usually the last 4-digits of your social security number (unless you specifically changed it to something else).
