Here is how to get your ENC Mobile account number and transfer PIN, and what to do with them when you move your number to another carrier.
Account Number
ENC Mobile does not publish where your account number appears. Call US support at 909-666-1188, dial 611 from an ENC line, or email [email protected], and ask for the account number used for a number transfer. The US phone number on the line is not the account number, and the linked China number is a separate service.
Transfer PIN
Ask the same agent for a transfer PIN. ENC publishes no self-service path for it. Request the account number and PIN together, write both down, and keep the ENC line active until the new carrier confirms the number has moved.
ENC Mobile runs on T-Mobile
ENC states it plainly: “ENC Mobile is powered by the T-Mobile 5G network, reaching 99%+ of the U.S.,” and lists the T-Mobile network as a feature of every plan. A phone that worked on ENC Mobile is T-Mobile-compatible, so T-Mobile itself and any T-Mobile-based carrier will almost certainly take it. Moving to a carrier on AT&T’s or Verizon’s network is a different question. Check your IMEI against that carrier’s compatible device list before you start the transfer.
Who runs ENC Mobile
ENC Mobile sells US SIM cards built around US–China connectivity: unlimited US calling, free calls to China, global SMS and dual-number support, aimed at Chinese-speaking customers in the United States. It runs separate US and China support lines and an email desk; it does not publish a registered company name on its site.

How to port your number away from ENC Mobile
- Keep the line active. Do not cancel ENC before the port completes.
- Call 909-666-1188 or email [email protected] and ask for your account number and transfer PIN. Say that you are porting the US number to another carrier.
- Give the new carrier the account number, the transfer PIN, the zip code on the ENC account, and the account holder’s name exactly as ENC has it.
- Wait for the new SIM to activate. The ENC line ends once the number moves, and the China-side features end with it.
Why an ENC Mobile port gets rejected
The usual causes are a transfer PIN that was never issued, the phone number submitted as the account number, or a name entered in a different form from the one on the ENC account. Confirm both details with support and resubmit.
