Jethro Mobile does not publish where your account number appears. Call 1-877-553-8476, the number on jethromobile.com, and ask for the account number used for a number transfer. The phone number on the line is not the account number.
Transfer PIN
Ask the same agent for a transfer PIN. Jethro publishes a “Carrier Porting Information” page for people joining, but no self-service path for leaving. Keep the line active until the new carrier confirms the number has moved.
Which network Jethro Mobile uses
Jethro Mobile’s site did not serve a network statement when we checked; its coverage page, like the rest of the site, returned only navigation. How to port your number away from Jethro Mobile
- Keep the line active. Do not cancel Jethro before the port completes.
- Call 1-877-553-8476 and ask for your account number and transfer PIN. Say that you are porting the number to another carrier.
- Give the new carrier the account number, the transfer PIN, the zip code on the Jethro account, and the account holder’s name exactly as Jethro has it.
- Wait for the new SIM to activate. The Jethro line ends once the number moves.
Why a Jethro Mobile port gets rejected
The usual causes are a transfer PIN that was never issued, the phone number submitted as the account number, or a name that differs from the Jethro account. Confirm both details by phone and resubmit.
