Here is how to get your UNREAL Mobile account number and transfer PIN, and what to do with them when you move your number to another carrier.
Account Number
UNREAL Mobile does not display the account number in your online account. Its own help article says to “contact us to get your number transfer details, including your account number and transfer PIN,” so open the chat or the Contact Us form at unrealmobile.com and ask for both. The phone number on the line is not the account number.
Transfer PIN
UNREAL Mobile issues the transfer PIN through the same support request. Before you submit the port, log in at unrealmobile.com/my-lines and switch off the port-out blocker; UNREAL states that the blocker can be disabled online, and a port submitted while it is on will be rejected.
Which network UNREAL Mobile uses
UNREAL Mobile describes its coverage as “America’s most extensive 5G and 4G LTE network” and “powered by premium 5G + LTE” without naming the carrier. Its published broadband labels direct customer support to Red Pocket Mobile’s contact page, which places UNREAL inside the same family as Red Pocket and FreedomPop, but UNREAL has not said which host network a given line uses. We do not guess, so this record is classified as host network not recorded until UNREAL publishes it.
If you are leaving, find the real network first: dial *#06# for the IMEI and run it through the destination carrier’s compatibility check rather than assuming.
Who runs UNREAL Mobile
UNREAL Mobile is a prepaid brand sold online with SIM and eSIM activation. It began as a sister brand to FreedomPop and, like FreedomPop, now routes support through Red Pocket Mobile. UNREAL keeps its own help center, which distinguishes its current cellular plans from legacy VoIP plans; the legacy articles do not apply to a current line.

How to port your number away from UNREAL Mobile
- Log in at unrealmobile.com/my-lines and disable the port-out blocker on the line you are moving.
- Contact UNREAL support by chat or the Contact Us form and ask for your account number and transfer PIN. Say that you are transferring the number to another carrier.
- Keep the line active. Do not cancel UNREAL before the port completes.
- Give the new carrier the account number, the transfer PIN, the zip code on the UNREAL account, and the account holder’s name exactly as UNREAL has it.
- Wait for the new SIM to activate. The UNREAL line ends once the number moves.
Why an UNREAL Mobile port gets rejected
The most common cause on UNREAL is the port-out blocker still being on. The next is a transfer PIN that was never issued because the request went through a legacy VoIP help page. Disable the blocker in My Lines, get both details from support, and resubmit.
