Big River Telephone company is not a cellular provider, but a point-to-point Home phone LTE Provider. They have their own towers in 8 counties in Missouri. Account number and PIN are required to port out and can be obtained from online portal.

Account number is reqired to port out. It is a four digit PIN stored on Big Sky Mobile’s portal – have to call the recive. It is not stored on the cusotmers account.

We’re reaching out to their customer service number and will provide an update if there is a possibility to port a number away from Aeris Communications.

According to Customer Service, the option to port is based on which plan you have.

Call customer service and press option #5 to reach the porting department. Your AF Mobile account number is available by calling the porting department – AF Mobile does not use a PIN number but if the receiving carrier needs a PIN you can use: 0000

Based out of Kentucky. Cannot port-in numbers outside of their “home area” (areas of Kentucky where they have towers) so you would have to get a new number. They have POSTPAID & prepaid plans, They have a program called Freedom Expanded (Financing) – They require a credit check to see if you have to pay a 30% deposit for their devices and how much interest you will pay on their 24-month installment plan. To port out: The account number is all that is required to port out. POSTPAID Accounts get online accounts where the account number can be found, prepaid customers do not and would have to call customer service to get their account info. They do not have an insurance claim number or online activation claim system – you have to take your broken phone to their local offices for claims.

Customer must call customer service for account number and password. The Affinity Cellular rep stated that it it typically easier to get your information by emailing them since they don’t actually have a porting department. Porting department email: Support@AffinityCellular.com

It looks like Bluegreen Mobile is out of business and customers seem to have lost their phone numbers if they didn’t already port out. We will keep watching the site but it’s been a, “Coming Soon” landing page since November, 2016.

The account number for AirVoice Wireless is the SIM Card ICCID number. The account password is last 4 digits of phone number.
