Solavei account number is the 10-digit phone number. Solavei doesn’t use passcodes. If your new provider requests a password, use your zip code. When submitting your port request with your new provider you must include your billing address and that address must have the correct billing zip code assigned to your Solavei account. Call to verify before starting port.
Snake River PCS can only Port in numbers with a regional Oregon area code. To Port out, customer’s need to call for account details.
The Skype account number is the Skype phone number being transferred. Call Skype to verify PIN/Password before porting number out.
You will need your Simple Mobile account number and PIN number in order to port to another carrier. If you don’t have this important Simple Mobile port out information, use this page to find your Simple Mobile PIN and account number.
Silver Star Communications has a single employee in charge of processing port-out requests. Silver Star Communications only requires your account number to port out. Silver Star Communications does offer account portals, but they have to be manually set up by a store representative.
Porting in requires a local area code from Shantel coverage. Porting out must be done by calling during regular business hours.
Selectel Wireless account # is an 8-digit number, labeled “Account”. This will be displayed on your online account page after you log in. The passcode is your 4-digit PIN if you set one up. Call to verify.
Scratch Wireless does not support Porting at this time.
