You will need to call customer service and ask them to release your number for porting. They can tell you your account # & account PIN. They will ask you to provide the 3 most recent outgoing calls to verify that it’s your number.
Porting is not typically done, but an exception can be made if necessary. Call for details.
Kajeet customers should contact Customer Service before 08/23/17 in order to Port out to another carrier.
To port out you will need to contact Inland Cellular and request your account number and PIN/Password.
Your FreedomPop account number is the 10-digit phone number. To find your FreedomPop PIN, go to: https://my.freedompop.com – Log in & click the (3 stacked horizontal lines) menu icon at the top left. Choose “Settings”, then choose, “Port Out Info”. You can also go to: https://my.freedompop.com/settings/port-out-info instead.
Call customer service for account information. Most customers do not Port in or out from this carrier as they are new MDNs used for kids’ GPS tracker phones.
Porting out requires Account number and PIN, which you can get by calling Customer Service or stop by a local store
The account number for your MagicJack account is listed on the original order invoice. The PIN / Password will be the same as the password used to log into the account on their website.
