US Mobile Account Number, PIN & Port Out
Call customer service or email: [email protected] and ask for your account number. There is no passcode. Use: 1234 if the service you are porting to requires one. (Most do).
Univision Mobile Account Number, PIN & Port Out
To get the Univision Mobile account number, call customer service. PIN Number is the last 4-digits of the phone number.
United Wireless / Westlink Communications Account Number, PIN & Port Out
You will need your account number, billing address, and phone numbers (located on the first three pages of your billing statement). Also, the password and last four of your social security number is required to port out of United Wireless.
Union Wireless Account Number, PIN & Port Out
When porting from a Union Wireless contract, there is a prorated cost. You can view but not edit primary account information online but must call customer care to make changes. Will need account number off statement, the last four digits of primary’s social security and PIN. For Corporate accounts call: 1-866-686-3231
Ultra Mobile Account Number, PIN & Port Out
Dial 611 from the Ultra Mobile phone & press: 5 to see your account number. Or call Ultra customer service to get your account number. The passcode is the last 4-digits of your Ultra Mobile phone number.
US Cellular Account Number, PIN and Port Out Instructions
To port your number out of US Cellular you need two things: your US Cellular account number and a transfer PIN. The account number appears in the top left of your online account and on your bill. The transfer PIN is a 4 to 6 digit code you get by calling US Cellular at 1-888-944-9400. Give both to your new carrier, and do not cancel your US Cellular service first. Twigby Account Number, PIN & Port Out
Twigby does not have a Customer Service number listed. To port out, you will need the 4 digit Twigby account number, MDN, address and zip code. (customers can log in at https://www.twigby.com/signin/login) There is no individual PIN so Twigby uses 1234.
