Mid-Rivers Communications can only Port in numbers within their service area. Port out requires Account number and the PIN set up during activation.
To get your Credo Mobile account number, text: ACCOUNT to: 27336. Credo Mobile does not use a passcode so you will need to use: 1234 if the service you are porting to requires a passcode. (Most do).
Claro Puerto Rico does not offer number-portability for transfering telephones to the United States (to which many Puerto Ricans travel).
The tech at Choice Wireless said, “The Choice Wireless account number should be on your last invoice. We do not have passwords on accounts.” – Upon further questioning, the Choice Wireless rep said, “Your account number will be given to you when you sign up for an account, or you can call the customer service line to get the account number as well. If the PIN/passcode is wrong, we will refuse a port but we will contact to your current carrier to let them know which information we need updated. It usually is done within 5 minutes of putting in your port reqeust.”
The account number is on the left side of your Chit Chat Mobile Dashboard. The passcode is (by default) the last 4-digits of your phone number.
We have been unable to find any information about how to get your account number and password from Chat Mobility, but it may be easier to call Chat Mobility customer service (as a customer) to get your information to port away.
Call customer service and press option #2 to speak with Chariton Valley Wireless customer service. Next, press option #0 to speak with the operator. Chariton Valley Wireless customer service will provide your account number and password when you wish to port your number out to another company. This information does not appear to be available on the website.
A C Spire Wireless Port out requires the account number, which can be found on your bill. They do not use a PIN, but if required it is the last 4 of your Social Security number.
To get your BYO Wireless account info, you will need to go to budgetmobile.com/account/ with your BYO credentials to see your account number. The BYO Wireless passcode is the last four digits of your phone number.
