To port out, you will need your account number and PIN. You can find your information on your online “Smart Hub” account, or call PTCI customer service to get your information from them.
Press #2 after calling customer service to reach the cellular department. Pioneer Cellular uses account number, password and social security number to validate port requests. Customers needing their account number must call customer service to get the account number. They can verify if you have the correct PIN/ password when you call in to get account info.
The account number is on the left side of your Proven Wireless Dashboard. The passcode is the last 4-digits of your phone number.

Phone numbers would only be ported from Open Mobile PR to other MVNOs in Puerto Rico. Contact their customer service or download their “My Open Mobile” Android or iOS app in the app store. We were unable to verify if the Open Mobile PR account number is available in the app but you can call customer service and be given your account number if you wish to port out.
When calling Pine Cellular customer service, the phone continues to ring with no answering machine. To port away from Pine Cellular, you will need your account number and password but it looks like you may need to call back a few times to get a rep. We will try again later and update it we’re able to reach Pine Cellular customer service to get porting instructions.
