Triangle Mobile ended its cell service after Verizon agreed in 2021 to buy its LTE in Rural America network assets. Customers had until December 15 to move to a carrier of their choice.

US Cellular Account Number & PIN: Accurate 2026
To port your number out of US Cellular you need two things: your US Cellular account number and a transfer PIN. The account number appears in the top left of your online account and on your bill. The transfer PIN is a 4 to 6 digit code you get by calling US Cellular at 1-888-944-9400. Give both to your new carrier, and do not cancel your US Cellular service first. Dial 611 from the Ultra Mobile phone & press: 5 to see your account number. Or call Ultra customer service to get your account number. The passcode is the last 4-digits of your Ultra Mobile phone number.

When porting from a Union Wireless contract, there is a prorated cost. You can view but not edit primary account information online but must call customer care to make changes. United Wireless Account Number & PIN: Accurate 2026
You will need your account number, billing address, and phone numbers (located on the first three pages of your billing statement). Also, the password and last four of your social security number is required to port out of United Wireless.

Univision Mobile was folded into Ultra Mobile, which had run the brand since February 2016. Port requests go through Ultra Mobile.
US Mobile Account Number & PIN: Accurate 2026
US Mobile runs on all three national networks: Warp is Verizon, Light Speed is T-Mobile, Dark Star is AT&T. It issues the account number and transfer PIN only after an identity check — there is no default PIN.
Tempo Telecom Account Number & PIN: Accurate 2026
To get your information to port, you need to call the Tempo Telecom Porting Department number. They will provide you your account number and PIN. You will also need to verify the address they have one file, to confirm it matches what you are submitting to the carrier you are porting to. They offer online accounts, but your information will not be listed.
Thumb Cellular Account Number & PIN: Accurate 2026
Thumb Cellular only requires your account number and PIN to port out. They do not offer any online accounts, so you will have to contact Thumb Cellular customer service number or visit a local care center in Michigan to get your account number and PIN.
